I got tummy fat so I was wondering how to take it off. Suggestions?

exercising wil be the best way to reach great results! plus elemenate salt from your diet at least for 20 days to get rid of water in your body
I struggle with that too if I don't exercise or eat right. The secret to losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume. Also, I've heard that if you only exercise for a short period of time, lets say 10 min, you aren't actually going to lose weight cause your body can provide energy for that and not many calories are burned. Making your exercise more endurance, like running for more than 30 min, will really reduce fat. Cut slack on all desert (it totally has no profit) and replace chips for an apple. Oh, and drink lots of water! Like a full cup before you eat will make you less hungry. I know its hard, but you can do it! :-)

I actually heard that tummy fat is mostly from what you eat, if you work out sure you'll lose some but eating healthy is the key! Fruits, Veggies, no late night snacks,fish is very good for you, not to much salt... If your interested at all you can message me and I could give you a couple recipies for things like that (: you can do ab work outs, planks, crunches, mountain climbers, etc. (: hope this helped at all!
I agree with vampkisses. Like she said diet is key. Also, you need a lot of cardio for abs. Running is good combined with doing some crunches and stuff.

Everyone just about summed it up, core excersizes and eating right, My mom bought this stool like thing and spent time every night just stepping up and down and lost a good ammount of weight
