Tomatos have lycopene in them, i'm not sure if that reduces acne, but I do know salicylic acid reduces acne, so you need to look for products that contain that ingredient specifically. That is, if your acne isn't hormonal then it should work. Facial peels that contain strictly that ingredient can also be done at home and can help reduce the acne, but it is advised that you begin at a low % when it comes to facial peels and work your way up to higher percentages so your body can become accustomed to it. Also, be sure to read the instructions and follow them carefully. I have done a 40% lactic acid peel at home, so I can help if there are any questions and/or you want to know where to buy an at home sallycic acid facial peel.

Has anyone used tomato as a facial mask!?? I've been trying to get rid of my acne for a while now and my skin got used to honey w/ cinnamon and lemon... I have really oily skin and moderately severe acne. If you've used it please let me know how it worked for you and if you would recommend it :] Thank youu!!
