Sounds like a plan. The best way that I know of to lose weight, is to know your body and numbers...know that , you must eat over 1500 calories per day so that your body can sustain itself and function normally. I'm not sure if you consider calories when you're making your meal, but it's best that you should,
using the calorie counter
to go from 145-130, if you were to eat around 1550 calories per day, it would take about 3 months (or 12 weeks, whichever you prefer to think of it as) That is, if you do a moderate amount of exercise as you so clearly stated. Eating healthy, helps your body , mind , and overall functioning, that's why it's crucial whether one is on a diet or not .

Also, I posted the images to show weekly , what you have to intake per day, in order to lose the weight while you exercise . It's effective, and it's the method I know lasts the longest without any severe /psychological issues or relapsing.
Just make sure you keep your calories at that minimum, or else your body will go into starvation mode and you won't like that, because it just leads to more issues like amenorrhea, and hairloss, depresssion, and more D:
Oh also, don't look at pictures. They won't get you fit, if anything, they'll screw up your own body image, if you feel like you want to look at images, skip it, and use that time that you would to exercise, eat a snack, or do something else.
