I think he kissed you because he was drunk. but it wasn't just a kiss for him i think that he liked it when he kissed you and realized that he really likes. Thats why when you asked him he smiled and went red, because he likes you and was kinda of embarrassed because he might not think you like him. if i was you i would take as he likes you and i would tell him that you like him. i bet when you tell him he will be surprised and say he likes you back. he might not say he likes you back right away because he might think about asking you out for a day or like a couple of days. take a chance and tell him because i really think he likes you back. hope this helped. :)

It sounds like he likes you, but the only way to know for sure is to talk to him. They say people do things when they're drunk that they're too scared to do when sober, but to be quite honest people also make a lot of mistakes when they're drunk. Knowing the conversation with your friend's brother made him blush sounds like a good sign, but like I said, just talk to him.
