Stubborn Acne, Anything i can buy?

So, i`m in middle school, aka the akward years xD And i will admit i have mild acne around my nose.I do go outside alot and sweat but i always wash my face afterwards.ANY kind of lotion just makes it worse, plus apparently i blush which makes it LOOK worse.I`ll attach pics of things i have tried, that didnt work. I`ve tried as many of the home remedies as i could find (wit the exception of the fancy teas and herbs) and it hasnt worked. The only thing that has worked a little was the baking soda mask, any kind of products you know of? My skin isnt super oily or super dry which is what is sold alot, anything you know of that works under $15?

I went to the dermatologist for this same problem and acne has nothing to do with washing your face often, yes washing your face helps but mainly acne happens from hormones and genetics. i would go to the dermatologist, they will give you stuff to make it go away fast! hope that helped

I would definitely say go to the dermotologist but if that's not an option Then try Cetaphil! It's just a face wash and it's really gentle and alot of dermotologists actually reccomend it... It's gotta be worth a try right? (:

I was just like you, def go to a dermatologist! But for now, look for face washes and acne spot treatments with salicylic acid. The st. ives product you tried, also has a green tea one! I think it works a bit better cos it does have salicylic acid.

I definitely agree that you have to find a facial product that contains salicylic acid. You may also use some home remedies like egg white or baking soda for your face. You may also speak with a dermatologist about it. Dr. Eric Schweiger is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery who can help you with that.
