For 2013 i`m trying really hard to be health conscious, not anorexic or anything just trying to stay healthy for my sports which both involve a lot of core and leg work. I don`t have acne, but i have normal "tween" skin which can be annoying :P Are there foods i can rule in or rule out that can help me stay physically and skin healthy?
Well watching stuff like fatty foods and chocolate is a good idea. Also sugary sodas are really bad for the skin (and the waistline). But the best thing is to just try eating a healthy, balanced diet with lots of fruit and veggies along with exercise. And if you want to splurge on desert every once in awhile, you should do so too because dieting can get borrring.
On your period have chocolate! Don't ever lose chocolate, but when I was ten my aunt gave me a American girl doll puberty book and it said instead of fries try popcorn with Parmesan cheese, I did and its delicious, also try yoga. I recently been getting into it. I love it! If you ave an iPad iPod or iPhone, then you can download free apps for yoga, maybe androids too
Foods that you should rule in has to be the ones rich in nutrition of course like fruits and vegetables. I advice you to not take so much of fatty foods or anything with so much fat .
