Solid perfumes are perfumes in solid rather than the more common liquid form. Solid perfume is used either by rubbing a finger against it and then onto skin or dipping a cotton swab into it and then onto the skin. Sometimes solid perfume can take more time for the deeper notes to come out than a regular spray perfume. It usually comes in a compact, so I guess it's a little safer to carry in your purse, since it won't break. Plus it's easier to put on during the day because you don't spray it and have to wait for it to dry. But I would try some out first since it might not have the smell you like. And don't fool around trying to make it. Perfume really is hard to make, and they're not that expensive. so buy one that a professional has developed. Here are a few ideas
