Im 13 and Im Five feet and 3 inches.
My Weight flucuates from 156-9 In the Morning and 160-164 In the Night.
I have a size C or D chest.
I wear a size10 or 11 pants
And a Large or X-Large Shirt depending on size and Fit.
Every since I entered Middle school girls have called me fat, and then the rest are like 'Your fine how you are.'. I know Im not a pole, or even a model.
Heck, Im 13 and has only have had one boyfriend.
And Ive never been kissed.
Is it because Im fat?
I just wanna Know, Am i fat?

You're not fat if you don't feel like being it....all depends on your attitude and how you can emphasize your best assets....
I think you could work a little bit on your abs...but I know that it is sooooooo hard to drop a few pounds from that area...however, if you are pleased with your look, you should definitely disregard any comments....:)

Why don't you try to exercise, if you are unfit and you find it hard to exercise then set targets for each day on what to do? Then do each more week by week, and if you do this for a while, you will see yourself starting too loose some weight if you want to lose weight, also change your diet might be usefull, eat more vegetables and fruits, less fatty foods, try only to have breakfast, lunch, and then dinner. With a fruit, in-between them but no chocolate x

You are growing, as you get older you lose weight. It may not be a lot, so try to eat healthier and maybe do a little exercise.

Are you overweight? Yes, a bit. But that can be easily resolved- exercise before you go to bed, and if you receive Seventeen, they have some great exercises in there, and eat healthier. Is it easier said then done? Totally. I am/been in your place. It's hard, I know that. But I am slowly losing weight? Yes. Will I ever be super skinny? Nope, but that's okay with me, I just want to look better than I do.

You could always choose best way:
you can go running.
Drink plenty of water.
Take fresh grapefruit juice.
Regular exercise also helps to reduce stress and depression.
Drink lemon and hot water in the morning.
It can really beneficial remedy.
Use cream or lotion.
