well, first look in the mirror and right down everything you don't like about yourself, physically. Look at the list, and ask yourself, how can I change it? Get a hair cut, try a new style. Anything that will make you feel good.
After that, write down everything you don't like about yourself emotionally. Find ways to change it. Smile more, even if you don't mean it. Fake it till you make it babe. xoxo

Self Confidence......
I have been so worried about the way I look.It's becoming a big problem for me.Especially when I am around my best friend I feel really ugly.She is very pretty and all the guys like her.I get nervous when I'm around people because I feel my personality is bad.I know this is a very common problem but this has been going on for a very long time and it is constantly on my mind.Does anyone have any advice for me?
