Love it! it is adorible! i want that outfit!!!

I love the skirt and the belt is perfect, but not sure the top goes with it that well. I don't think a tank is dressy enough (but then what do I know? :D). Maybe something fuller with long sleeves would be better. Not black because you want contrast to highlight the belt to show off your waist. Maybe gray like this one. The other thing you can do, if you want to wear the tank, is top it with a cute jacket or cardigan. Again, a short one so your waist shows.

cute i personally love the skirt on you but im not a fan of skirts. the belt is the perfect match the top is light brown and the skirt looks red idk about the shirt. im truely am not a big fan of the stripped hand thing i dont think it matches but overall the outfit is pretty

it looks amazing. now in my opinion, you're playing it a bit safe. maybe a bit more color, if not that then some accessorizing and your outfit's perfect. of course, if that's not your style, it looks just as good this way too :)

I think you should add a jacket! a cute military one with buttons, and boots too
