You have great long hair so I think the look would be pretty cool on you. As for tone and color, I think I would avoid any real light blonde shade and stay with something medium. Here's a few links that I thought were pretty good

Ombre hair?
In the future when my hair gets longer I am thinking of getting ombre hair but I am confused on how the process works or knowing what color fits well with skin tone or how the hair has to be and I am in a rut. Can someone help me understand ombre hair more? Also, if it would look good on me? thanks XOXO
