um...staying out of the sun, makes you paler and makes your tan dissipate and fade. If you want a tan, go to a tanning salon? Idk, I guess you could go sun-bathing but I don't want to condone anything that would make you more susceptible to skin cancer.

It's fine, but , yes you can, in conjunction with a lotion/oil that will help you tan quicker. I don't really tan, so I don't know the specifics of it all. However, I feel like tanning salons would be safer and more effecient/effective s:

Stop going out in the sun. You should be wearing a sunscreen every time you go out anyway, as skin cancer is a pretty serious and yucky thing. As for how to intensify your tan, get a really good powder bronzer. It'll add a little warmth and depth to your current skin tone and give you a really nice glow too.

why dont you try a lotion.. jergens has one that gradually makes you darker whenever you use it and you can use it as much as you like. it gives you the look of a natural tan without having to sit in the sun. also you can try a spray time... it looks good if you dont go over board
