Well, there are a lot of directions you can go honestly, because you're not really specifying any of your likes and dislikes. Your hair, eyes, and skintone won't make it easier for me to pick one of the millions of styles that exist and hope you'll like it....so this is going to be long and full of a lot of posts, as i try to introduce you to a crap-ton of styles in hopes that you'll find ONE of them that you'll like xD . Once you find one that you're interested in, i'll be able to share with you shops where you can find items, and so on and so forth. Let's begin then shall we:

First of pastel goth (has really no affiliation with goth outside of just the name): It's casual, it's cute, and it's ~quirky creepy~. It's basically a generic goth theme meets hipster and kawaii love child. Coordination is very key. Bats, eyeballs, skeletons, crosses, harlequin tights, ace and spades, etc are all themes they utilize. Pastel colours, purples, reds, pinks, dark hues, and white /black are all contrasted against each other. Here are some full coordination examples by pastel bat:

Gyaru, which is a really casual japanese style (unless you move into the realms of agejo or hime, or goth, or punk then it starts to get out there) but I think you can find things in your closet to make it work, as well as I know a lot of shops that cater to those who fancy the sub-styles within it.

Wow, Silence has come up with some awesome suggestions (as usual!!). Hard to top. And a lot depends kind of on what you are looking for. I'm guessing since it's June, you're looking for more summery stuff, not school clothes. I like dressy shorts outfits and I think rompers can be cute and they look good in hot weather. And you're tall enough to look great in high-waisted shorts. Here are a few ideas

I don't wear heels though since i'm so tall i don't even know how to walk in them! And I love the boho looks, I always have but i think my parents hate them (x I didnt put any like or dislikes because im looking for something new and I want to find things out of my comfort zone. Even though I love how pastel bat looks, my parents would NEVER let me dress like that... Oh and i put my skin tone hair color and eye color because there are just some colors that I'm sure I cant't pull off like yellows thanks for the help though!! :D

@vampkisses : Pastelbat totally wears wigs, so it's not like she's dying or damaging her hair in any way. She wears wigs for fun mainly which a lot of people do, but I can understand if you don't fancy delving into that. Ah! That's the casual cute gyaru look, usually the magazines involved in it are popteen/popsister which has a lot of outfits as well ( http://www.zazhimi.com/shishangzazhi/popteen-12-06.html? ) if you copy and paste that link it'll take you to an online version of the latest magazine :) You can save individual pages which is what I suggest, of any outfit you may like and then try to find items in shops near you that can help you recreate the looks *clicking on the page takes you to the next page, don't worry if you don't understand what the site says, i don't either xP I'm here for the pics* I can also help you find exact items from the magazines. There are also styles called mori girl and fairy kei . Moril means forest girl, so they kind of look like forest pixies --> forest hobos xD You'll see what I mean when I post photos. Fairy kei is kind of like just pastel and casual. Mori is really centered around layers, fabric , and colours. I think it's best if you live in a cooler area because of all the layers (then again you can just try it out in the summer) .
