I'm trying to lose at least 7-10 pounds for bikini season ?
I've been hardcore running for 10 minutes at night around my small town..
After my run, i go inside and finish off with 4 different ab work outs.
It takes about 30 minutes for me to get done with all of this.
I have NOT changed my diet.
Is what I'm doing enough?

If you wanna get Abs, you need to work much harder hun. My friend goes to the gym everyday and works out for an hour, she too wants the abs your lookin for. She's been working out hard core and in the end it payed off, so I would suggest more time if you wanna get those abs, cause it needs more time and effort (:

My mom is a personal trainer and she's talked about this before lol.... If you don't plan on changing your diet you will need to work out more because the tummy area is mostly from what you eat... Instead of 'hardcore' running for ten minutes try Jogging for 25, and look up different ab excercises on line and try something new... If you arn't feeling hardcore sore the next day, it's not working... I hope this helped any! Good luck on meeting your goal! I know I would love to get abs too but I cant do it lmao
