If that's your picture, I don't think you need a whole lot of makeup. But I actually think you should pick your makeup to go with the top because it's closer to your face. Try a lip gloss that is a little darker pink than the top, maybe a light coral or something--jest see what works. You don't need much foundation or anything. The only thing I would do to highlight the skirt is maybe to use really dark mascara and put it on extra thick to highlight your lashes and make it look a little goth (in a classy way). And you could mix pink and black eyeliner by using two different pencils. You'll look wonderful I'm sure.
