I would suggest doing like a broze-eye/ shimmer color. There is this color by Runway Eyes,, You can purchase it at CVS, in the color Beachy Sand..Its a shimmery nude color. You can use that for your all over lid color. Then take a white eyeshadow.. Sparkly or Matte you decide(: and then put this under your brow bone && On your inner corner.. You can also take your all over lid color to your lower lash line as well. Since you're only 13 , I don't know if you would want to but. You can take a liquid eyeliner.. A thin line on your upper lash line then continue with your Mascara routine. Do a light pink blush color and nude/light pink lips.... or you could do like a brighter lip because your makeup is so natural(:
