Actually, I don't know but... use a tinted lipbalm like the maybelline baby lips, the new one, have you seen it? It really helps, after I brush my teeth, I exfoliate by brushing my lips gently in circular motion and then pat my lips with dry tissue or towel then put the lipbalm and it really gives you a natural pink lip color as if you didn't put anything on. If you don't like putting gloss just like really natural, TRY THIS cause they really help me give color to my lips and also prevent from chapping. ALL DAY!

I definitely agree with AngelBeauty. I exfoliate my lips with a damp wash cloth and use that odd little EOS lipbpbalm. Its pretty good too. You can also buy lip scrub or make one yourself with two tablespoons of sugar and one tablespoon of olive oil. You mix it into a pasta and swipe on ur lips then wipe it off. The sugar makes your lips smooth and sweet which is a good combo. I don't recommend lip plumpers since they are so irritating. I think bright, berry colored lipsticks and glosses give the illusion of plumper lips. Line liner helps too but it can be tricky. If you can take the heat you can try dabbing your lips with cayenne pepper seasing. I've never tried it though. I read it in one of my friend's beauty books so I'm not sure if it works.

Use one tea spoon of strawberry juice with 2 spoons of petroleum jelly on your lips. Use this mixture as a

lip balm.

Scrub your lips with sugar mixed with cold cream once a week.
