Is this correct hair removal cream for men ?

I am having hairs on my cheeks and areas very near to eye I want to use a hair remover in stead of shaving them. I have been suggested to use this one http://www.revitoldirect.com/products/scar-cream

Is it fine to go with this ?

This is a scar cream,I don't recommend that you use that,Shaving can be normal,or you can undergo hair treatment,some skin care online sites can also be very helpful.I suggest that you visit them.
