I think you shouldn't surprise your skin,you need adjustments,I think some skin Care online sites can really be helpful on proper application.Visit them atleast.

Is it okay to apply a whitening cream after applying toner?
They say that the daily skin care routine is CTM. Cleanse, Tone, and Moisturize.
My face has few pimples. I also have blackheads and pimple scars ( dark spots ), and I want them to disappear.
I wanna have a smooth, flawless, and whiter skin.. I wanna start doing the CTM procedure, but I don't know if I can apply a whitening cream after the toner. hahah d:
and can the whitening cream make my dark pimple scars disappear?
