SOmeone please help! I'm 12 years old and need to lose more weight! How? I've been walking around town...but I want to lose weight faster! Pleeeeeease, does anyone know I quicker and simple way to lose weight? That picture is me in a dress...THAT'S why I never wear dresses.

Honestly, I think you look great. I've been trying to lose weight too. Try eating healthier and exercising more. Don't eat as much at meals. I mean portion control. And choose foods with less fat. Cutting down on fast food if not completely eliminating it helps A LOT. I hope this helped...
First of all, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL THE WAY YOU ARE :) It's true... but if you still feel like you could be skinnier, here are some tips:
-like emmilymarie said, DIET is huge. But it's not really about eating less, its about eating HEALTHIER. So maybe instead of eating a bag of potato chips go for an apple instead - it sounds cliche but fruits and vegetables do help! Its about having a BALANCED diet - carbs and proteins included.
-the other component is EXERCISE. To put it simply, the way that you lose weight is when you burn more calories than you eat. But instead of eating less, try to exercise more. You can always go running... but if you're like me and hate running you should try to find alternate exercises. A good way to start is to just do ~10 situps in the morning, adding more every day. It doesn't matter so much WHAT exercises you do, its about having a PLAN - AND STICKING TO IT. If you need to, you can get an exercise partner to help you do this.
Overall, wanting to be skinny is okay... but make sure its for the right reasons. You should want to be HEALTHY, not just SKINNY. Besides, some people simply have larger builds than others. Not everyone was made to have a 20 inch waist... and that's OKAY! You were made to be YOU. At your age you don't need to worry about these things... focus instead on ENJOYING LIFE :)

Like they said,you really are a pretty girl,but if you want to lose some weight,you need to eat less (nothing eating at all is NOT the right way) Eat a lot of fruit,NO sweets,NO bread NO coke or drink like that,only water,tea.
And ofc work out,you can dance with music that is a great cardio,go running (best way for loosing weight) go for a walk,small things can do wonders :))
Don't push it. it's really unhealthy to lose a lot of weight really quickly, and crash diets only work for so long, and then usually you'll gain back that weight plus more. Exercise, walk or run fast enough to increase your heart rate and keep it up for 20 minutes 3 times a week. Eat healthy. Watch your sugar, stick to mainly water. Also, it's important to know that before puberty most girls go through what's called a "chubby phase." Your body is changing and your hormones are gaining control so you will gain some weight. With time and patience, that weight will come away on its own, but you can definitely take steps with exercise and focused eating to lose unnecessary weight.

Well, losing weight quickly is possible, but not always the best way. To lose it and keep it off takes time and effort but YOU CAN DO IT!!!! First step: use these tables and pick a target weight based on your weight and height. And don't just pick the lowest weight in the range. You might fnd you're not as overweight as u think.
Next, come up with a plan to lose maybe an average of 2 pounds a week. Both diet and exercise are important. Cut calories, fats, and carbs. You'll be amazed. You'll start 2 lose and then you'll get even more charged up about losing more. Pretty soon you'll LOVE to ear dreses
You know water comes from one of the many taps in your house, right? Don't waste your money on bottled water. Just buy yourself a pitcher with a filter built in and run tap water through it. I also wanted to mention something some of my friends are doing called the Paleo diet. Google it. With this diet you avoid overprocessed or sugary foods, bad fats, dairy and so on and focus more on fruits and vegetables, with just a tiny bit of lean meats and a tiny bit of nuts. It's the way we're genetically programmed to eat, and tries to return focus to what the body needs, rather than what we want.
I don't think you should try to lose weight, in your pic it looks like you're wearing a cheerleading uniform, and you look like a cheerleader to me.

Well, here, where I live, I can NEVER find any of those pitchers with filters. Plus, the water here is disgusting and not pure. The only close-to-pure water here is the fountain water. :D It's still gross.
