I agree with both answers. I think something like a choclate dark brown with honey highlights to brighten it would suit you well i think. Instead of a burgendy you should try going for a brighter shade of red like in the picture below :)

I love the red one that bumble_bee_123 suggested. It would look awesome. But it's hard to tell from these dumbed down profile photos what color your eyes are. But you look like you have pale, flawless skin. So I would even think you could go darker, either a darker red or even black. Also, if you really want to, you could even do blonde kinda like Michelle Williams 'cause her skin is pale too.
