I'm 164cm tall and weight 60kilos. I would like to lose it before i go back to school which is about 6 weeks away. I know that's not a long time but it'll really help me confidence wise. I live with a big family and half of them think i should lose weight while the other half don't. It's really hard because i don't want to them to fight or anything, so maybe some things you suggest can be done in the privicy of my room away from prying eyes. Any advice would be great. Before eating a meal, drink a class of water so you don't over eat and make sure to include plenty of protein in your meals as they're more filling and satisfying. Start doing 20 jumping jacks, 15 crunches, 10 squats, and 5 push ups everyday too. Hope I helped and good luck!
Personally, I think if you lost 5 kilos you would be absolutely a perfect weight for your height. Since you have six weeks, it should be easy to lose almost a kilo per week by just cutting down on food intake and increasing your exercising. Really, I mean it! Try for about 1500 calories per day and cut back on fats and carbs. And any kind of aerobic exercise for about a half hour a day: biking, running, fast walking, even dancing (I lost 5 pounds in a month taking ballet classes!!!!).
So good luck! Just set a moderate goal and u can do it!

5 - 10 kilos is not that difficult.
Eat healthy - lessen down on your carb intake and do a little bit of walking everyday. Head to the nearest park and walk / jog for 30 minutes a day. That will be more than enough to do the trick! Cut down on snacks. If you are craving to eat something, take fruits. They work! :)
