If you are at a low, and you want to write, you could perhaps do inspirational pieces, rather than songs that revolve around how you feel. I don't know about your life but if something bad happened to you, you could write about how you wish to overcome it, you can write a piece to yourself that's like a pep talk to motivate you, all the places you wish to go or things you want to do, but ultimately, it will be your work, so I can't really give you a title. If you're serious about this a title should be as personal as the song and lyrics. The audience just exists to relate to it, imo.

I think that if you decide to write songs, they should be about what you are feeling, the things going on in your life and what you know. For song titles, in my opinion, the title comes out after the song is written. :)

Just grab a pen and a notebook.
Write down anything and everything you can think of,
eventually it will flow out.

i like to make up songs to, what i do is start making up songs as i go in the shower and if i find an idea or a tune i like when i get out record it so i dont forget it and keep adding on. Hope it helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
