You can't have a perm and a hair coloring at the same time because they both use chemicals that will dry and harm your hair. So you want to do one and then wait 2-3 weeks to do the other one. So which is more important to you--the perm or the color? I'd do the one that you want to do most first.
If you don't care, I'd do the color first. Then over the next 2-3 weeks make sure your hair is well conditioned. I would recommend a deep conditioning mask once a week. Then get the perm. Good luck!!
