I think they will start to show results if you're persistent with the exercises because the exercises themselves were made to have a certain impact on different body parts, chest exercises being focused on what you need. So yeah, they should definitely work, cuz that's really the best way to naturally boost them up, as you said. :)

when my boobs started developing during my teens i wasn´t wearing the adequate bra size so they turned to a southward direction,now i am doing some chest exercises to boost them up and i am kind of anxious to see results don´t know if there will be a change
