-For the day u can go for shades light or nude shades like beige, peach, caramel etc.
-For the night time u can go for bolder shades. Try magenta, plum, bronze, red also looks lovely but go for a red with a blue undertone. u can top it off with transparent gloss for tht extra bit of glam.
-U can also try lip glosses alone in pink or in the shade of ur lips. The gloss will give ur lips tht enviable pout.
-AVOID dark browns coz they make u look older and shades of orange look really yucky on a dusky complexion.

If u need a precise idea of what would look good on you try looking up actresses who have a complexion like urs and see what shades look gud. Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu, Rani Mukherjee etc all hv dusky complexions so give tht a try. Gud luck. :)

I totally agree with ladydon. i think mostly the beige, peach, caramel would be your best colors.
Lip glosses are always a great and easy way to do it. Plus they are usually cheaper and you can get multiples to try out.
