Yikes! Do you mean the wire kept poking your skin? Even that shouldn't have done that!
I would suggest that you see a dermatologist.

I agree with sj, either the wire managed to peel the skin, irritated the fresh skin + sweating caused an increase in melanin production in that area, then it scarred and that happened. You dermatologist will best know how to treat a small area such as that quickly and efficiently.

How to whiten boobs crack?
I am really disgusted with my boobs crack. This happened when I was younger and I was ignorant at that time. I wore wired bra and the wire kept coming out of my bra. Didnt tell my mom. It kept touching my skin and these happened!
