The main thing to keep a healthy weight is eating heathly and regular excercise, also be sure not to indulge 'tempting' snacks. Try to find foods that keep you fuller for longer i know that m&s have just started a fabulous range. Make sure you do have your five a day and get to know your gda's (guided daily amounts). If your looking for a rather quick way for weight loss you could try a low fat soup diet? You could also drink green tea as it is zero calories and eat apples! ;-)

How to seriously lose weight and keep it off?
I wouldn't say I'm overweight, but I do have problem areas that I would like to fix. I am only 16 but I am 5 foot 6 in. and 150 lbs...I should be more like 130. So my question is, what kind of "plan" or "routine" should I use to get rid of this extra 20 pounds? Also...possibly a food plan? I still live at home and my parents do meals so I have no control over that, but how can I still somewhat control it? Thank you so so much!! :)
