That is impossible and most likely unsafe. You can lighten over the course of years, but seeing how quickly you're expecting results , I don't think you have the patience...you'll probably end up doing more harm to yourself than good.

if you have the belief in yourself in doing any thing and achieving that , then it is surely 100% possible to get fair skin !! the thing is you have to follow a proper time table of every thing .
from changing your eating habits like having more friuts like apple, guava, banana , strawberry , and vegetables ( or there soups ) like spinach , carrot , tomato etc. and externally you may foolow a routine of clean , toning , moiturizing daily !! there is also a home remedi i am having that is - mix basin(gram flour) ,milk , 3-4 droups of lemon juice, turmeric powder (haldi ) about half tbl spoon and when you are done with the mixture put all over your body !! do daily .
and yes! - one more tip drink lot of water !!
