im looking for the fastest way to get rid of thunder thighs! Can some one tell me some was to get rid of them or make them smaller??

What I use to do and I am about to start doing again is wrap my thighs in trash bags or seran wrap (it's very dangerous to do this for any part of the body) and I did a bunch of leg workouts. Leg lifts, squats, wall sits, frog leaps and other similar exercises.
Today is actually the day I start back with these workouts. I really excited to get back to it, but with the way your body size looks from your pic I can't imagine you having thunder thighs, but I have seen tiny girls with HUGE thighs...like bigger than mine and that is not good.

omg girl i was wanting to know the same question i have big thunder thighs as well and everything else is slim but if you do squats and walk a little you could get rid of them and it's something i'm working on myself right now. : )
