I cant tell you why you have puffy frizzy hair, it is proberly genetic , I can recomend some products such as frizz ease shampoo and conditioner, also if you use spray shampoo this makes your hair very frizzy

Mine is too. so i grew it and if it is short grow it out so the weight of the hair will give less volume. And use a conditioner that say frizz free
