Cute skirt!! You could go two ways I think. First you could wear a tee or a camisole under a jacket or cardie. You can go with almost any color--white, pink, or red would be cute. Second, it would cool with a longer flowy white top and maybe a short jacket. What is nice is that the skirt and top are pretty girly and the Docs are tomboyish. So it provides a cool look,
