How do I tie my hair like this?

I really like this hair style (below). How did she do her hair like that? Is it directly with a bow or does she tie her hair first?

you could tie your hair with a bow or if i makes it any easier you could tie it first then put a bow, but make sure you cover the hair tie :)

I think it is a silky ribbon and tied very loose....her hair is thin so it looks amazing when tied with this bow.....
