I would stick to that and add a few things like always easting breakfast and a few small snacks in between meals like a granola bar. It keeps your metabolism up so your burning fat all day and into the night. Also don't forget to drink half your body weight in oz's of water.

How can I maintain my weight?
I've managed to lose 7 pounds by having my last meal before 8pm and I would like to have idea on how to maintain my weight. Should I stick to the same principle or should I experiment with other easier tricks? Please help!
