I've managed to lose 7 pounds by having my last meal before 8pm and I would like to have idea on how to maintain my weight. Should I stick to the same principle or should I experiment with other easier tricks? Please help!

I would stick to that and add a few things like always easting breakfast and a few small snacks in between meals like a granola bar. It keeps your metabolism up so your burning fat all day and into the night. Also don't forget to drink half your body weight in oz's of water.

I think what your doing is a great idea and I think you should stick with it.dont forget to exsercise at least twice a week.

I agree with everybody else's comments about sticking with your program. But sometimes you can grow tired of the same routine each day.
These are just notes from experience:
~Drink atleast 4-5 glasses of water daily
~Exercise regularly (I dont exercise hard-out, you dont want to lose weight fast like that. you take it slow and build up)
~Always treat yourself once a week so you dont go crazy
Do press-ups, they're really good for your chest. Count to 15 and do 3 sets of them. Take a 10 second break and go again until you've done 3 sets. Do this daily it will help a lot.

You need to maintain your weight.
Exercise at least an hour a day.
Take low-sugar, low-calorie diet.
Eat fresh and raw vegetables and drink more water.
Avoid fatty food, avoid late night meal.
Drink 6 to 8 glass water in a day.
Stop smoking and drinking alcohol.
Take Sleep proper.
It will get best result.
