Well I'm somewhat of a thick girl... not too thick though!! I've got a nice big ass! However, whenever i gain weight a lil goes into my stomach, but d majoriy falls into the lower half of my body (ass and legs). Don't get me wrong.. I love the feeling and sight of a girl with thick legs and ass, emphasizing on the hips. I would just like to know how i can maintain those thick legs and ass, keeing them firm. While keeping a flat, firm stomach!! HELP??

squats and lunges! there are a variety of different techniques in squats and lunges that will keep your glutes and legs toned. It won't happen over night but eventually you will see results. Also, make sure you are doing ab workouts, including crunches, sit-ups, planks, bicycle, and so on. Have you heard of the UFC ultimate fighter challenge fitness game on Wii console? I used it and let me tell you, I had a flatter stomach in just one-two weeks and my but was reaching for the stars! ;) It takes dedication and commitment because it puts you on a schedule but it is a great thing to have. sit-ups, curl-ups or crunchs really keep your stomach tight! I live by them...lol...
