No, you're wrong, not a lot of people have their own style. Their style is just a compliation of other styles similar to them, and chances are there are other people who have adapted the style as well. First and foremost, get rid of the idea that dressing out of the norm = unique, because it's not. Nothing is rarely ever original or unique in terms of fashion.

Next, consider accessories. Where do you shop? Have you ever tried broadening your horizons. There are stores all over the world that ship overseas, if you are going to start finding out things that are purely you, and that you like, then it's time you get acquainted with the worlds and the small shops that sell special items.

Usually , I ask people about what they like the most, dark stuff, light girly stuff, forests, being modest, showing skin, if they like a lot of accessories, what characters or idols do they like the style of etc. And I'm willing to work with people from there, because I just like fashion :'c but no one ever elists my help. It's fine though, but you need to know what you're interested in, whether you have the tools to manipulate your current wardrobe to be what you want to be.

I usually agree with Silence on everything, but I disagree on this. I think that style is a reflection of us and our personalities. So just because we have lots in common with other people, it doesn't mean that there aren't unique parts to all of us. I used to be really timid and my clothes reflected that. I didn't want people to notice me. But around 10 year sold, I started to become more outgoing and my clothes, hair, abd (sometimes) makeup reflect that I'm more glam and flam than most boys. And I'm cool with that.

But I don't think you need to anguish over "developing" a style. First think about who YOU are and what you like to wear. How do you lik to look? Are you classy, a tomboy, whimsical? Then The best advice I give is read lots of fashion mags, look at stuff on the Internet, look at other girls, and try stuff on all the time. What looks good on you? What looks bad? (not everyone looks great in short dresses, but if you do, go for it. Same with hair and makeup: try different styles, check out new ones, experiment with makeup. It takes time, but eventually you'll find out who you are style-wise. Good luck!!

I agree what they said. What you like to wear,what colors,patterns,in which clothes you feel comfortable? Do you like accessories,like scarfs,fedoras,scarfs etc..

Try mixing some clothes,when you shopping try something new,just broad your horizons.And eventually you'll find your own style :)

Well, thats easy lol. You know your personality right? Well, what colors reflect that personality? Such as, bubbly, happy, outgoing= yellow, baby blue, light purple. or edgy, tough girl= black, red, darker purple. You know what I mean? Then wear what looks good to YOU, and wht you feel comfortable in. Also what are your hobbies. Such as gaming, art, singing, dancing etc. Bulid from their.
I kinda agree with silence. Everyone grabs diffrent styles to make kinda their own. Being unique nowadays is getting kind of un-unique, since every tries to be/think of the next crazy, big thing.
