When I wore my hair in braids I noticed a lot of growth. With braids I recommended applying olive or coconut oil (can b found at grocery stores or Whole Food twice a week (more or less). Also I heard massaging your scalp 10 minutes a day stimulates the scalp for growth. Def.initely moisturize your hair. Drink the needed 8 glasses of water and consider taking a multivitamiin. Exercise also improves the scalp's circulation. When you go. To sleep wear a silk or satin scarf to avoid dryness and breakage. When you wash ur hair make two or four braided pigtails to avoid tangling your hair in the process. Don't brush wet hair and minimize your use of heat (flat irons, blow dryers) if you do this you should definitely see some growth.. I hope you do. It worked for me but everyone's different.
