There is no permanent method . and I think it's best that you use the 1 year rule before deciding whether you want to do lighten/brighten your complexion. Whilst young, you'll need to visit your dermatologist and have parental approval. All the products needed to do this are expensive (or can be overtime) and would require extensive research on the ingredients. Since you don't want to put anything harmful on you. It is not an illness that needs a remedy, it's a matter of personal choice and skincare. Once you go lighten past your birth colour, you'll have to maintain for a long time before your cells adapt to the change in melanin production amount/activation levels and so on, so that you don't revert back or get darker.
You'll need products to exfoliate the deep layers of your skin, to lighten, build up your skin and then to protect from the UVA/UVB rays of the sun and any free radicals that may darken your skin. Which is why I suggest you either talk to a dermatologist, make sure your parents approve (because they WILL notice), and do your research before stepping into this. It will keep you from wasting money, and not effectively using certain treatments.

If you want a slow start, I would suggest Kojie San soap off ebay (white box ; orange soap). It is a natural ingredient produced by several species of fungi, especially Aspergillus oryzae, which has the Japanese common name koji. It exfoliates deeply, so if you stay out in the sun too long and get a tan, it will help to remove the tan quicker, and it lightens by inhibiting the production of melanin (what gives people their pigment). However, this will only work if you leave it on for 2-3 minutes before washing it off so that it can be absorbed into the skin. I don't reccommend any longer, because it may exfoliate too deeply and then irritate the skin causing an overabundance of melanin to be produced, or what is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Which you want to avoid at all costs, however all lightening products carry that risk if you don't use them as instructed. You need to research on a proper sunblock that contains zinc oxide and is high in spf.

I think your sandy skin is gorgeous , but like I said, you may want it back later in life, and this is something that take a lot of time, research and money. Nothing is permanent, when it comes to lightening unless you kill the pigment cells and if you kill them you'll become pale with no undertone and have to take extra care to avoid the sun, because your risks for getting cancer will increase. In other words, it's better that you deactivate the cells or lower the cellular production rate, rather than kill them off, which does not guarentee that it won't return or that you won't suffer any adverse effects.

your skin is going trough many changes in this age so the changes on your skin a this moment may be due to biological changes as well. you had better to consult a specialist or go for the natural skincare like revitoldirect brightening cream etc as these products don't have the severe side effects that can get your skin to much damaged condition.

Just to clear up a point, any person on this planet can go from pale to extremely dark in complexion. Bleaching is both dangerous and ineffective. It creates a sort of grey overcast and leaves you looking ill, and bleaching with bleach (which people probably do) is super bad because it eats away at the epidermis and thins out your skin. However, there is a way to Lighten and brighten one's skin no matter how dark originally (see Rhianna), using a number of methods and products, most of which are best if natural. The makeup idea is brilliant , as well though :D

No she wants to go from dark to pale . And I wasn't suggesting she bleach her skin, I told her not to do that.
