I think its hot. However if I were you I would gradually go into the bleached blonde. Go from your natural color into a soft blonde(honey blonde) then into a bleached blonde. Now thats extremely hot. Do you girl! I'm all about color.

yeah...totally... I think you would look amazing with that sort of gradual color change..but i do agree with crimsom about starting from your natural hair color then into like a honey blonde and into the bleached color...
