I see what you mean about your eyeliner :D So, let's see you have pretty hair already. I'm guessing you want to do it yourself. I think your color cloices are kewl but focus on the style and makeup first. Here are a couple of helpful videos:

I'm getting my hair cut scene like and the main thing is to show your personality not just copy someone elses hair style. These should get you started

I have always wanted to do my hair and make-up like a Scene kid but i dont really know how to do it the right way without messing up!!!!!!! I love dying myhair crazy colors and i want to do Scene hair and makeup but my hair is thin I put some pics up of my hair so........ and some of what i want it to look like
The colorful one is the colors I want it and the other one is the style and the make-up!!
