Okay so ideas, ideas. There are many places you can get cute things, as far as jewelery goes Forever 21 is the way to go. You can get cute clothes too but for major steals namebrand is nice but to be honest for a fashionista like myself i have a budget and Ross OR if possible and there is one near you a dd's Discounts. They have major steals and super hot deals. If you dont have either them then go with Ubran Outfitters a little money goes a long way and Forever 21 for cute super stylish tops.
