Hmmm, did they recall the product you used? If so, make sure you get your money back. Hair coloring can be pretty tricky even with the best products. But I would recommend the hair coloring products from Garnier at

I don't use their shampoo or conditioner but my sister and I have used their colors and they always seem to work well.They have a special line called "Nutrisse Ultra Color" for darker hair. The site has lots of videlos and FAQs and they also have an online Fashion advior wyou can ask questions to.
Also, you may have to wait a little before redoing it, because dyes are chemicals and they can harm your hair. I really hop it works out 4 U.
