So I'm going on holiday in 3weeks so I wanna lose quite a bit of weight like 10pounds or a few will do and I need to know some good tips and ideas like diets and exercises. Also I'm lazy and need to stay motivated?? Any ideas would help. I wanna feel comfortable while wearing a bikini? Thanks :) xx

Honestly the best thing to lose weight, go on a run! I know, it sucks but that's where you will get your best results! When you're to lazy to get up and get started, or to keep going, think of the end results! Think of your goal and that should definitely help (: I would start with 5 min. of walking to warm up and then a 15 min. run or however long you can go! Push yourself because it will pay off! Try doing lunges, pushups, jumping jacks, and crunches when your sitting there watching t.v. As for diet, just cut out ALL sugary foods and drinks for a week or so and I bet the weight should go right off... If you want to cut it out of your diet for the remainder of the time untill you go on vacation, I say have cheat days on the weekends where you can eat whatever you want! Another thing, do NOT eat at least 2 hours before you go to bed, that stores as fat. Another way to motivate yourself? Print out pictures of what you want to look like and put it on your wall so whenever your just being lazy it can be a reminder! Right now my laptop background is a motivational picture so when I get on my computer It reminds me that I should be doing other things! If you have an Ipod make a Workout playlist!
