Try using either a tinted moisturizer or a bb cream instead of foundation. Since these products moisturize, it would most likely give you the dewy look you're going for.

Im wondering how to get that dewy look after i put on foundation? i am dry skin type so im wondering is it just impossible for dry skinned people? i use maybelling 24 hour foundation and i dont use and powder. Thanks in advance :)
