I think if you have the confidence then you can pull it off! Alot of people are used to girls having long flowy hair and I feel this look is cute and fun! :D

If you have some masculine facial feature (like a strong jaw or chin) it may come off as a masculine cut. If the sides (near the ears) were longer and the bangs were longer and more feathery, I think it would be a super cute girlyish/edgyish cut
