My friend told me that she washed her mouth out with hydrogen peroxide and it did improve. I haven't done it because it didn't sound safe to me, but I watched her do it and she was fine. I would look it up before trying it. Hope it works!

I think you just need to brush everyday with toothpaste that contains whiteners, they are good whitening agents,and try guava leaves,rub it on your teeth,they say it will clean it like salt.You can also visit some skin care online sites,they have a good recommendation when for you.Good luck.
