Soooo i've gained a lot of weight in the last 2 weeks over spring break at my dads.....I've tried to exersize and such, but I'm to addicted to junk food that I shouldn't be eating. How do I stop myself from having this habit of eating junk food way to often? I want to live a healthy life, and the whole "junk food" that some retard created is a complete concrete wall on my path to achieve my goal. I never eat fast food or anything, just snacks, candy, cookies, desserts, and mostly chocolate. Please help.

wooow...it is so hard to get used to not eating fast food....however, if you prepare some of these cookies and desserts yourself and you control the calorie content of your meals you can succeed in getting used to a healthy nutritional regime....look for low calorie ingredients at the local store....:)
Yeah, it is important to read the ingredient list when you purchase cookies and snacks...a friend of mine decided to lose weight by preparing her own meals and dessert....trust me those homemade cookies were delicious and low in calories....start a baking career and get rid of extra pounds...:)
If you wanna be healthier switch from crisps and choclate to apples, nuts and other healthy stuff. When you have the urge to snack eat a fruit because A. It's healthier and B. It'll keep you fuller for longer. You're only 12 so you shouldn't really fuss about your weight but try to avoid eating so much junk food, eat less and less everyday and eventually you wont be eating so much junkfood

Do walk daily.
Avoid fried. Switch to roasted food.
Consume luke warm water,lemon juice and honey mixture.
Have your dinner atleast 4 hours before going to bed.
Eat plenty of citrus fruits and drink lot of water.
Really you can lose atleast 3 kgs and 3-4 inches. Hope will help.
