wooow...it is so hard to get used to not eating fast food....however, if you prepare some of these cookies and desserts yourself and you control the calorie content of your meals you can succeed in getting used to a healthy nutritional regime....look for low calorie ingredients at the local store....:)

Dieting, weight?
Soooo i've gained a lot of weight in the last 2 weeks over spring break at my dads.....I've tried to exersize and such, but I'm to addicted to junk food that I shouldn't be eating. How do I stop myself from having this habit of eating junk food way to often? I want to live a healthy life, and the whole "junk food" that some retard created is a complete concrete wall on my path to achieve my goal. I never eat fast food or anything, just snacks, candy, cookies, desserts, and mostly chocolate. Please help.
