Read the back of the olay product and tell me if it contains vitamin k, lecithin or titanium dioxide. I found one olay cream with 2 of the three. Your eyebags aren't genetic are they? If not it could be the factor of water retention. If your olay product contains lecithin, it may explain why it works and assuming it isn't one that appears closer to the top of the list may explain why it only works slightly. Ingredients are listed in order of highest pecentage in the solution to lowest. If it turns out it doesnt have any of those lidted can you put in the ingredients? The reason I say this is because obviously something in it is working and so we are targetting what that is, whether itnis for brighter eyes or less puffiness depends on the ingredients. You can buy pure lecithin on ebay, amazon, skinactives. Pure vitamin k for dark circles those places as well, and likewise, vitamin c to brighten the complexion. Also because the skin around the eyes is thin, you might consider finding ways to plump it up with nano collagen eyegel sheets once you have the puffiness and dark circles under control.

dark circles/under eye bags
how does one get that smooth under eye look? i see lots of women with this and i just don't have it. i usually have a bit of dark circle and slight bags (unless i'm laughing then i have very noticeable ones) i use the olay line for circles and bags and they do help but they're not permanent and you can see the bags under my make up
here's 2 pictures (the second is where the lines and such are...it also depends on the lighting)
i guess it's really just puffiness rather than bags...is there a permanent solution?
p.s. i'm not wearing make up in the pic; i already wiped it off, i just have to wash my face now...so i guess there's a little still there
