I think the rule is, you can only go as light as your complexion and darker for it to still look nice and classy. So it depends on your how light of a complexion you have. If your complexion is as light as the girl in the last video, you can pull off a bold blonde. Rule for thumb though, is to get lighter overtime until you find a colour you like and fits you perfectly.

It really depends. If you have a dark complexion, personally I wouldn't like it. But it's up to you! It doesn't matter what others think, as long as you like it, and remember, with hair, you can always regrow, recolor, and it always goes back to normal!

Most the girls are wearing circle contacts, it's safe to assume their eyes are dark brown naturally. : )
