I think the rule is, you can only go as light as your complexion and darker for it to still look nice and classy. So it depends on your how light of a complexion you have. If your complexion is as light as the girl in the last video, you can pull off a bold blonde. Rule for thumb though, is to get lighter overtime until you find a colour you like and fits you perfectly.

I'm light skinned and have dark eyes and hair as well. I'm not sure if I would be able to pull off a blonde or if I should just stick with a caramel color instead. I'm getting my hair colored for the first time in a few days and I would really love some help!
