It's the same thing at my school, I wear what makes me comfortable. Cute and comfortable, I generally wear jeans and a cute shirt with a hoodie or shorts with lace trimmed leggings under... wear something that you would wear on the weekend to go out.

I think you should definitely consider jeans and cute tops or t-shirts....adopt a casual chic style here are some ideas for you....
